Refund Policy
If your plans change, we are happy to provide a refund or class credit when 24 hours notice is provided. Refunds will only be issued within 60 days of the purchase date. After 60 days, only class credit will be issued. No refunds will be issued if notice is not given before 24 hours prior to class.
Reservations
A credit card is required to hold all reservations. When registering online, your card will be charged immediately for the full amount of your reservation. If you would like to use another payment method on the day of class, you can call us to make your reservation. You will need to provide a credit card number (plus expiration date, security code, and billing zip code) to hold the reservation, but your card will not be charged unless you do not provide the required 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation Policy
Because of our waiting lists, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. You may cancel by calling us or by sending an email to info@mrpaintandpuff.com. Refunds will only be issued within 60 days of the purchase date. After 60 days, only class credit will be issued. We will charge the full class fee for reservations not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
If at least 10 painters are not registered for a class 24-hours prior to its start time, Mr Paint & Puff reserves the right to cancel the class. You will be issued a full refund if the class is cancelled by Mr Paint & Puff. ALL THOSE WHO HAVE REGISTERED WILL BE CONTACTED BY Mr Paint & Puff.
Food & Drink
Our licensing requires that all available beverages be provided or sold by Mr Paint & Puff. We cannot allow any outside beverages into the studio (including non-alcoholic beverages). You are welcome to bring snacks to any class, but the food must be prepared in a licensed kitchen, i.e. restaurant, caterer, grocery store, etc. We also ask that you let us know in advance if you want to bring in food so that we can set up a table for you if necessary. Please contact us for additional information about this policy.
Alcohol
All guests wishing to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages must be 21 or older and present a valid I.D. at check-in.
Minimum Age Recommendations
Each class on our calendar has a minimum age recommendation. This recommendation is based on the expected ages of attendees and the content of the class including painting subject matter, music, and alcohol consumption. While these are just recommendations, we do ask that guests under 18 years of age are accompanied by an adult during evening class times (unless otherwise specified).
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will never sell or distribute your email address or personal information to anyone.
Security
Mr Paint & Puff is committed to the protection of the personally identifiable information that you share with us. We utilize a combination of security technologies, procedures and organizational measures to help protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers with limited access. Personal information, for example, credit card information, sent over the internet is protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.
